The Buttoneer system is a scissor-style hand tool and is a self-piercing, permanent, high speed attachment that is ideal for many OEM applications. The example shown above represents the automotive industry's use to attach spacer blocks inside door weather stripping in order to keep it from compressing.

The small size button-end fastener is made of stretchy polyurethane material, perfect for tough applications.

Avery Dennison™ Buttoneer Fasteners

Buttoneer fasteners are available in two sizes; Short 1/4" (6mm) and Long 3/8" (10mm), and are available in natural and black colors. Fasteners are packaged 5,000 per carton with 48 button-end fasteners per clip.

Standard Replacement Needles
There are three styles of replacement needles: Extra Short (yellow plastic base), Standard (black plastic base), and Heavy Duty (all steel needle).

Avery Dennison™ Standard Safety Sealed replacement needles can be used with the Industrial Buttoneer scissor-style tool. Safety Sealed needles are packaged ten (10) per kit. Standard replacement needles have an "effective" length of .50" (12mm). Heavy duty and extra short needles have an "effective length" of 0.2" (5mm).
